Day 2

Today was not the best of days.  I am a clinical assistant and no patients today.  You would think that was good, right?  Well, tensions in the office have the morale less than favorable.  Some yelling today by a coworker and office manager, along with me having a headache didn't make for a fabulous day.  Stress always makes my eating head straight to the toilet, but somehow today (probably because it's only day 2) I managed to keep my eating to what I planned.  I am feeling more relaxed, even tho I still have the headache.  I will enjoy some tv and head for bed.
